This Privacy Policy explains how Concierge Call LLC ("Concierge Call," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you use the Concierge Call mobile application, visit conciergecall.ai, or use related services that link to this policy (together, the "Services").
Concierge Call places scheduled, AI-powered wake-up calls. During a call, an AI voice agent speaks with you, listens for your response, and may offer snooze or place follow-up calls based on your settings and responses.
For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@conciergecall.ai.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account and profile information
Depending on the features you use, we collect:
- your phone number and phone-verification status;
- your name, preferred form of address, and any email address provided through an enabled sign-in method;
- your time zone and optional general location;
- optional goals, dreams, motivational notes, and similar personalization information you choose to provide;
- your selected voice and call preferences, including retry timing, ring duration, and notification preferences; and
- authentication and account-management information.
The goals, dreams, motivation, and other free-text fields are optional. Please do not enter medical, financial, or other highly sensitive information that is not needed for a wake-up call.
Wake-up schedules and call information
We collect and store information needed to schedule, place, and manage calls, including:
- scheduled time, time zone, recurrence, label, enabled status, and call preferences;
- the telephone number to call;
- call and conversation identifiers assigned by our providers;
- timestamps, duration, attempt number, delivery and answer status, and whether a call was confirmed, snoozed, unanswered, canceled, or otherwise completed; and
- limited recent call outcomes used to adjust the tone or urgency of later calls.
The current version does not use the content of prior conversations as cross-call memory. If we introduce an optional memory feature in a future version, it may retain summaries or preferences derived from prior conversations so later calls can be more personalized. Before enabling that feature, we will update this policy as appropriate and provide any controls or additional notice required for the feature.
Call audio, transcripts, and AI processing
Wake-up and onboarding test calls use third-party communications, automated voice, speech-recognition, transcription, and artificial-intelligence services. Those service providers may use additional language-model providers to generate agent responses.
For each AI call, we send these providers the information needed to personalize and operate that call. This can include your phone number, preferred form of address, time zone, general location, optional goals or dreams, the alarm's optional motivational note, current attempt information, and limited summaries of recent call outcomes.
The AI voice service records call audio and creates a transcript. Call audio and transcripts may be retained by our AI service providers for up to 12 months, unless they are deleted earlier. Concierge Call receives a post-call transcript payload to determine operational outcomes, but our application database does not retain the raw transcript or call audio. It retains the call status and outcome information described above.
We configure our AI service providers so that Concierge Call call audio and transcripts are not used to train their general AI models, and we do not use call audio or transcripts to train our own AI models.
We do not create a voiceprint or use your voice to identify you.
Subscription and transaction information
If paid access is offered and you make a purchase, Apple processes the transaction and payment credentials. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code.
We receive subscription and entitlement information from our subscription-management provider, such as a pseudonymous customer identifier, product, purchase environment, subscription status, renewal status, and expiration date. Apple controls trial eligibility, billing, refunds, and cancellation.
Device, notification, analytics, and diagnostic information
We may collect:
- a push-notification token and your notification preferences;
- app version, build, operating-system version, device model, language, and similar technical context;
- server logs, network information, security events, and operational records needed to run and protect the Services;
- pseudonymous product-usage events, such as onboarding progress, feature use, subscription state, and broad alarm configuration categories; and
- privacy-minimized crash and error diagnostics.
In production and TestFlight builds, we use a product-analytics provider for explicit app events. We identify an authenticated user there using an internal numeric account identifier, not a phone number. We have disabled session replay, automatic screen or touch capture, automatic app-lifecycle capture, and analytics geolocation. We do not send the analytics provider call audio, transcripts, goals, dreams, phone numbers, exact alarm times, or contact information.
We use a crash- and error-monitoring provider. Our application removes request bodies, contact information, provider identifiers, tokens, transcripts, recordings, raw error messages, and arbitrary extra data before an event is sent. The provider may receive a pseudonymous internal account identifier, stack locations, app version, device and operating-system context, and limited categorical error information.
We may use Google Analytics on our marketing website to understand visits and site use. Google Analytics may process information such as browser and device information, IP-derived general location, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with the site, and may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not use website analytics to track Concierge Call users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. If we materially change that use, we will update this policy and any required choices or disclosures.
Contact card and device permissions
You can save or open the Concierge Call contact using Apple's contact screens. To reopen a saved contact, the app can read it on your device when Contacts access is already authorized. Otherwise, you can choose a contact with Apple's picker; the app checks that the selected contact contains Concierge Call's number before opening it.
If you enable push notifications, Apple and our notification-delivery provider process the information needed to deliver them. You can disable push notifications in iOS settings, but doing so may prevent some status notices from reaching you.
Support and communications
When you contact us through the app, we process your topic and message, reply email address, account and message references, and any optional technical details included with your submission. We use Resend to deliver this information to our support mailbox so we can respond by email. SMS is used for phone-verification codes. We do not use verification opt-in information for marketing.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information to:
- create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts;
- schedule, place, personalize, retry, stop, and report the status of wake-up calls;
- provide onboarding test calls, phone verification, push notifications, and support;
- maintain subscription access and restore purchases;
- monitor reliability, diagnose failures, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect users and the Services;
- understand product use and improve the app;
- enforce our Terms of Use and protect legal rights; and
- comply with applicable law and valid legal process.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate the Services, subject to their agreements with us and their own legal obligations. We require these providers to protect personal information consistently with this policy and applicable law:
| Service category | Purpose and information involved |
|---|---|
| Apple | App distribution, purchases, subscription management, push delivery, and optional Apple sign-in information |
| Communications providers | Phone verification, call routing, call delivery, and telephony metadata |
| AI voice and language-model providers | AI voice, speech recognition, transcription, response generation, call audio, call context, and conversation analysis |
| Subscription-management provider | Subscription status, entitlement management, and pseudonymous purchase history |
| Notification and app-services providers | Push-notification delivery and app distribution/update services |
| Hosting, database, and backup providers | Backend operation, application-data hosting, and restricted backups |
| Product-analytics provider | Pseudonymous, explicit-event app analytics as described above |
| Crash- and error-monitoring provider | Privacy-minimized diagnostics as described above |
| Google Analytics | Marketing-site analytics as described above |
We may also disclose information:
- to comply with law, a court order, or valid legal process;
- to investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or threats to safety;
- to protect our rights, property, users, or the public;
- in connection with financing, due diligence, a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections; or
- with your direction or consent.
4. RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal and operational requirements.
- Account, profile, alarm, and operational call-history data: generally retained while your account is active.
- AI-provider call audio and transcripts: retained for up to 12 months, unless deleted earlier. They are not stored in the Concierge Call application database.
- Subscription records: retained as needed to provide and reconcile subscription access and to comply with financial and legal obligations. Apple retains purchase records under its own policies.
- Analytics and diagnostics: retained under our provider settings and for as long as reasonably needed to understand the product, secure the Services, and diagnose failures.
- Support communications: retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain support records, and resolve disputes.
You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes active application data and starts an automated deletion workflow for relevant AI, communications, and subscription-management providers. We design that workflow to complete within 30 days. A communications provider may retain limited recording metadata for up to 40 days after recording media is deleted.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups expire within 30 days. Backup copies are isolated from routine use and are used only for disaster recovery and security.
Canceling an App Store subscription does not delete your Concierge Call account or its data. Subscription access generally continues until the end of the period identified by Apple. After access ends, your saved wake-up schedules may remain in your account in an inactive or membership-locked state so you can review them or reactivate them if you subscribe again.
Deleting your Concierge Call account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through Apple.
We may retain limited information longer when required by law, needed to complete a deletion request, or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect legal rights.
5. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can:
- update available profile, alarm, voice, and notification settings in the app;
- disable push notifications in iOS settings;
- manage or cancel an Apple subscription through Apple's subscription settings;
- delete your account in the app; and
- request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by emailing privacy@conciergecall.ai.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, including the right to know the categories or specific pieces of personal information we process, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, appeal a denied request, or opt out of certain uses. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may ask for proof of authority and identity.
6. SECURITY
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, misused, or altered without authorization.
7. CHILDREN
The Services are for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information, contact privacy@conciergecall.ai so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
8. UNITED STATES PROCESSING
Concierge Call and its primary service providers process information in the United States. If you access the Services from another location, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or applicable law. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when required by law or when a change materially affects your choices.
